When we started out, there was rarely an industry event we didn’t attend. As often as we could we’d drop into exhibitions all over Europe to say hello and introduce ourselves in person. Doing so helped us build up a loyal network of contacts that soon became lasting clients.
In building that network we went to great lengths to spend time with each company…getting to know what made their business tick…the challenges they face…and how our expertise in rope and netting could help take their company forward.
Since those early days, Renco Nets has become a well-recognised name, in the UK and all over Europe. These days, our new customers actively seek us out. But the way we get to know new customers has never changed.

Often when a regular client calls, even a basic order for a new soft play net or fishing rope can soon turn into a proper catch up. Sure, it makes Christmas party season a little busier than the doctor would recommend, as we’re often invited to a whole host of work dos. But hey, it’s not such a bad thing to be celebrating success with so many of our happy clients!
