Despite the lockdown, we know work goes on for many of our clients and for businesses where rope and netting are needed.
Though we’re working a little differently right now, we want to make sure people know we’re here to help if we can.
Indeed, here are some quick answers to questions you might be wondering about right now:
Are you still open and able to supply netting and rope?
Yes. Though we’re following government guidance, keeping a close eye on what’s happening and making sure all of our staff are safe, we are still able to take orders and get rope and netting supplies out to you.
Are delivery times affected?
Naturally, there’s a huge challenge right now to get items distributed and that challenge could have some effect on the time it takes us to get things to you.
However, as much as possible we’re providing the normal service and will dispatch items to you as soon as possible. As always, we’ll try to give you a specific time that you can expect delivery.
Can you order in advance for a later date?
Yes. If you’re currently operating at a reduced rate yourself and don’t want to be ordering the usual amount of rope or netting you would at this time but are worried about stock in the future, just give us a call.
We’ll happily take stock orders now that we can deliver at a later date when you’re back to working as normal. Obviously, every situation is different, so just give us a call and we can figure out the best way to organise it.
Are you still available to offer advice on any matters regarding rope or netting?
